No, he wasn't. The family moved to PA when Bibi was 14 and spent less than 4 years there when Bibi was summoned back to Israel to fight in the 57 year old Six Day War.
BTW, they ended up in the States because his psycho father was shunned and the US was the only place he could find work.

That’s exactly what I’ve been saying all along in this thread.
Really simple solution. Hamas produces the hostages and Israel holds off destroying Hamas until non-combatants can be relocated to a safe area.
