The constant and indiscriminate NATO cluster and drone bombing of Russian citizens in Russia shows the depravity of a group that appears to be capable of orchestrating such an attack.
The ham handed insistence, while the attack was ongoing, that Ukraine did not do this, we know ISIS K absolutely did this reflects some degree of complicity. The Embassy warnings, the flight of the trigger men to the most heavily guarded border in the world reflect the degree of stupidity necessary to think you could get away it. What else could Putin and Russia think?

Big Serge on Twitter had a story of a concert at that facility by “Shaman” on Mar 8 that was attended by one of the building owners, along with a lot of his armed security.
The speculation is that the attack was actually meant for that concert which was by a bigger name, which had more prominent people in attendance, but was called off due to increased security.
I almost can’t believe that Ukraine/CIA would do something so destructive, reckless (and evil). But we are talking about people who repeatedly shelled a nuclear plant, so who knows ?
