We outlined our historical lifespan for a Republic. We had a good run. I should have bought a little farm when I was able.
The point is they will be able to take over the House before the election, then they would do whatever is necessary to prevent Trump from being sworn in.
Lot of evil people holding republican seats and like everyone who was forced to take the vaccine in order to keep feeding their family, congress critters want to feed theirs as well. Well some do anyway, not all I imagine.

I have gotten some really nasty flames pointing out there is NO WAY the swamp allows Trump to win. In fact, I am surprised they haven’t outright murdered him. What would stop Biden’s stasi goons at the FBI? I will go so far to say the raid at his home in Mar A Lago was an attempt to murder him saying he came out “guns a blazin’” and they were forced to shoot him. Prepare accordingly. The country, as founded, is over. Done. It will not recover. Especially with more than 10% living here illegally and a massive army of welfare slugs living off other people.

The 14th Amendment was clear for the times. The insurrection was the Civil War. And the insurrectionists were those folks who took an oath to the United States, then joined the Confederacy.
But it’s too darn vague for today. Who decides what is an insurrection? And who decides who actually participated? The 14A doesn’t say.
I don’t think it’s a criminal trial sort of thing. No one needs to be arrested and convicted in a court first. You just have to be declared an “insurrectionist”.
I can absolutely see Congress claiming to have the power to make that decision. Then the whole thing would get kicked to the Supreme Court. Bottom line: I think this ploy is a real threat to Trump.

Of course if Dems are in control of the House and Senate, then they won’t certify Trump ballots. With neither Biden nor Trump having a majority of Electoral Ballots, the House will elect the President, each state delegation casting one vote. If Dems control more state delegations than Republicans, the next Pres will be Biden again.
Cartels must have spent billions to get all these rinos to resign or not run again.

The Democrats do not care in the slightest manner about what is legal.
The law is whatever the Democrats say it is. And the Democrats refuse to be restrained by the US Constitution. They also ignore the Courts when it suits them. "We, the people" seem to tolerate this.
These conflicts will most likely be settled by force, not by legal arguments. We are headed for a civil war. Control of the police and military forces will be the decisive factor in who prevails. Criminal cartels may have quite a bit of influence on who keeps control of the police and military forces as they can outbid potential recruits for both of them.

Who is on a ballot can be understood by the voter. They can’t ignore a Supreme Court ruling on that.
Anyway, if that is the way they want to roll, various states can just start removing whoever the democrat candidate is.

Besides, the politicians are not all as stupid as they appear to be. The smarter Republicans know that it is all about to blow up and the Democrats won't keep them around anymore to split the graft. They are cashing out and getting out while the getting is still good.
The "Our Democracy(tm)" show is in its' final season. I believe the working title of the replacement show might be "The Thousand Year Reich of the Democrat Party". Hmmm. That title may need a little work.
