I agree. So far it looks like ISIS. As I posted on another thread two attacks by ISIS on Sweden have been averted the last couple of weeks, so they appear to be active again. However, one thing is new. This time the attack was not carried out by Islam fanatics but by low-IQ unemployed migrants who were willing to carry out the deed for a paltry reward. This will increase the number of potential terrorist in the Western countries manyfold. :-(
Russia will eventually see these kind of attacks very frequently. Muslim demographics inside Russia will see to that, regardless of what islamo crazies outside of Russia are up to

If you look at the videos from inside during the attack the attackers are fanatics. Nobody does what they did for money except the hardest Wagner level professionals, and even they might have a problem with it.
