Josh was apparently 16 or 17 when he murdered the girl. SCOTUS has ruled out the death penalty for anyone under 18, and even life-without parole is unlikely. If we’re lucky Josh will spend several decades in a mens’ prison, but he could be out much sooner.

Don’t know if he’ll be sentenced soon enough for Brandon’s DOJ to sue the state for not providing surgery and drugs to deal with his delusion.
