When I heard about the “terrorist” attack I wondered aloud how much Victoria Nuland paid to have it happen.
Im told by a translator that one of those captured after the attacks say that they were given the weapons and that the amount that made it to the trigger men was $11,000 each.

Sociopaths are drawn to government as moths to a flame. Individuals like Nuland spread death, destruction, and calamity throughout their careers with neither a thought to the people who must implement their flawed and always deficient strategies, nor to the ultimate innocent victims caught up as collateral damage. They sleep peacefully at night in the self delusional comfort of their own infallibility, i.e.: “failure is always someone else’s fault”.
She will be richly rewarded by the other sociopaths for her efforts, as anything else might call into question the competence of those who used her to their own ends.
