Sunday is the Jewish holiday of Purim, a commemoration of the defeat of Haman, a king’s aide under the Achaemenid Empire who planned to massacre all of the Jews — and Jews in Teaneck, NJ, are on edge that the celebration will lead to a renewed violence in their community.
They’re particularly worried about their children being targeted. Everything old is new again.
Over the last few weekends, a car rally called “All out for Palestine” has targeted the town, the home of the second-largest Jewish population in New Jersey. The meetup location of the protesters is in Paterson, at the Islamic Center of Passaic County: Cars drive from there nearly 13 miles to Teaneck.

Yes. But it’s more than just that. These Palestinian (actually, Hamas) supporters already know what the Democrat response will be.
On the Democrat Party’s “aggrieved victim” scale, Muslims rank far above Jews. So the Democrats will throw the Jews right under the bus.
Too many American Jews don’t understand this. They will continue to vote straight Democrat, even as their children are attacked in universities and on the street.

Twenty years after 9/11, the population of the pro Palestinian, anti Israel population in the NY metropolitan area has more than quadrupled. They have a huge political influence especially within the Democratic Party. Democratic leaders and donors, many of whom are Jews, tolerate insults, overt anti Semitic behavior and do absolutely nothing. their only real fear is the loss of political power and influence.
Could be wrong but during 9/11 wasn’t this one of the towns where people were cheering the attacks.
