He looks like a pissant clown. He's a legend in his own mind. I just saved my neighborhood from a huge airplane. It flew directly over my house at around 15000 feet. Luckily I got between it and my neighborhood and waved it off. That airplane could have crashed down on me any minute but that didn't stop me because I'm brave like the clown capital police person.
