President Joe Biden, 81, will be invited “in the coming days” to testify publicly before the House impeachment inquiry, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said Wednesday.
The impeachment inquiry is investigating the Bidens and President Joe Biden’s role in the Biden business.
Investigators previously found a massive web of wire transfers, 20 shell companies, and associates who helped the Biden family business rake in at least $24 million from foreign nationals over the course of approximately five years. They also revealed Joe Biden received money from James Biden and Hunter Biden. In addition, they showed that nine additional Biden family members received payments from the family’s foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

How can Biden deny that there was a “family business” if they have 20 shell companies???
Hell, even when the mob had front and shell companies, there were usually legit businesses that offered some goods or services, just to hide the illegal transfer of money on the shady side, and even they would get pinched eventually.
How can Biden not be able to show books and answer what goods or services were being provided for them?
At the very least the IRS would be auditing your or me to show stubs and receipts and what was being bought or sold.
So why did Hunter get to skip out? Can’t he be held in contempt?

It is the right move before impeaching. Invite him to personally clarify everything and prove no wrong doing.
Otherwise leave it up to the Senators.
Comers letter should lay that out, it is Bidens choice to make.

I don’t even think he agreed to go. His lawyer spewed the usual nonsense about the public hearing being a political circus and that sort of thing, essentially promising that Hunter wouldn’t show up.
