Sooner or later you run out of other people’s money.
I’ve been to Cuba. Was quite a few years ago but…..the hotels had a timer in each room that controls the electricity. 60 minutes is max then you have to twist it to 60 minutes again when it shuts off. The streets are teeming with people. They all live outside. Because of the scarcity of electricity.

Add in Venezuela too. Maduro going on about Capitalist rioters looting stores, etc. Gringo American interventionists to blame.
