That is why CVS is putting Minute Clinics in some of their stores. They are very handy instead of going to the doctor office or urgent care or something simple like a sinus infection.
This was the reason for my last visit to a Minute Clinic. I called my Dr’s office. They said they could get me an appointment in 2 days. I went online and had an appointment at CVS an hour later. A half hour later I was walking out the door with a prescription in hand.
Same.
I used to still try shopping with them even as their store inventory dwindled but they decided to go woke so… proceed on your way to oblivion.
I remember when Best Buy went out of business in 2014.
Best Buy is Amazon’s “showroom”.

I am doing the opposite. Using Amazon to get an idea about all the features of smart TVs but will go to Best Buy to purchase it because I want them to install and get it up and working (which I am willing to pay extra).
Comparing Amazon and Best Buy prices discovered (at least on the ones I research) they are within a few dollars of each other.
Article didn’t say what store locations will be closed. I’ve been there a few times over the past 4 years, but that was only because I needed something ASAP, but generally I don’t go there anymore. I’m sure theft, poor neighborhood settings and poor sales are to blame.
Walmart is closing 23 stores in 8 states (all blue).
Target is closing 9 stores in 4 states (all blue).
Walgreens is closing 900 stores (mostly blue)
Bed bath and beyond is closing its remaining 360 stores.
Lowes has closed 50 stores.
Macy’s is closing 150.
