Isn’t it the Wise Latina they want to resign?

This is quite the ruling. TX can defend themselves. And you know what that means.

Kagan or ‘the wise Latina’ Sotomayor? Sotomayor has Type 1 Diabetes and some serious health issues as a result.

"states can’t interfere with federal authority over the border"

We all know the Biden administration has forgotten who works for whom in a Republic.

Texas has expended 11 billion state funds to enforce the border that this administration has plied open. I support what Texas is doing. No doubt the sanctuary jurisdictions who encouraged this mess and are now suffering from it will be primary beneficiaries of Texas’ actions, But I doubt they will be sending Abbott a Hallmark card and a check thanking him. What Abbott can’t push back across the border, he can ship north to Massachusetts to choke on their virtue signaling and where they have more geography to accommodate them than urban NY, Chicago and Denver
