No, the gist of the city list was those larger urban complexes with larger scale industrial and technical complexes, aside from the strategic command/control targets, and of course Military bases of all kinds would obviously be targets, so the naval and AF bases in the SD area would get hit and I have little doubt that if they lobbed the full scale attack metro SD would ago get one simply because it’s a significant enough population, but it doesn’t count as a major industrial complex. It’s vague and generalized. It’s not an actual target list. Pretty much common sense WWIII stuff.
Always figured that bridge down there would be a good spot for a truck-nuke.
They also left out Phoenix which has Luke AFB and a lot of aerospace industry. I am certain that Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson is a priority target as well.
That group has been around a really long time and they are probably Leftist in some of their thinking, as well as pacifist, Idealistic and Naive.
