They need to be charged with appropriate misdemeanors, pay fines and restitution for property they damaged, and be sent home. They do not need to spend years in a gulag waiting to be tried and convicted of felonies by all democrat juries, and then sent to prison for years by far left-wing democrat hack judges. That is why I think Trump should immediately commute all of their sentences and dismiss all pending prosecutions, but only pardon them on a case by case basis.
The democrats, ANTIFA, and Deep State collaborators who planned, incited and fueled the rioting need to all be tracked down and sent to the gulag.
