I reject their false premises that the Modern Warm Period is unique, caused by man, or even a bad thing at all. In each of our centuries long warm periods, including the current one, crop yields rise, rain patterns are easier to predict, and there are less deaths by plague.
I'll take life in the Modern Warm Period any day over life during the recent Little Ice Age (the centuries that many Europeans died settling in America, many in the Old World died from plague, centuries of starvation and taking over of crop land, etc.).
Notice how the last 3,500 years the global temp rises and falls cyclically at relatively regular intervals. It’s a NATURAL CYCLE. If these people lived 1000 years ago they would be screaming to create as much CO2 as possible to fight global COOLING.
