That is the obvious conclusion to what should have been a second question: "Did you then make any changes that were included in your final draft of your report?

Hur had to stand on his head to argue that Biden's current unreliable memory obviated any intent to act that he may have had years ago.

The fact that classified documents were found in 7 different locations shows an intent. Biden was Vice President and/or Senator when those documents were originally produced, and he, nor anyone else had executive privilege to be involved in the transfer of them. I didn't check Hur's report, but was he able to discover the actual dates those documents were transferred to their final destinations, and on whose orders?
