All of the claims regarding Fattah including the Wikipedia excerpt you just posted are just that — claims. AFAIK, there is no evidence of any kind of airborne testing much less deployment. In addition, there is reason to believe the technology is immature as the claimed propulsion method suddenly changed from solid fuel to liquid fuel. It is difficult to get maneuverable hypersonic technology right — we continue to have both successes and failures to this day.
A claim. Not a fact. And besides it is still a ballistic missile, not a hypersonic missile which is completely different.
All ballistic missiles have high terminal velocities.
Don’t confuse such a missile with a hypersonic glide vehicle.

The US military has the capability of exterminating them quickly. If they do not, it means preserving the Houthi is US government policy.
Where did you get your assurances of the U.S. anti hypersonic missile defense?
Ah, them youthis up to no good again.
Killing them all where they sit will do the trick provided it happens before they launch the missile.
We’ve been trying that for months, the Saudis for ten years. 20 nukes might do it but you irradiate our allies in the area, including the Israelis. Any other thoughts?
