Turns Out Biden Lied About Hur, Beau, And Why He Pilfered Classified Documents

That simply cannot be true. I saw a democrat congress woman say in the hearings this morning that there was no evidence Biden shared classified information with anyone. /s
Hur was pursuing a hidden agenda, and surely knew he had
a slam dunk case against Biden. But Hur had other plans......
He was planning to spare Biden and get himself a high-pay,
no-show job as an Asian on Biden’s diversity merry go round.
It’s the only thing that makes sense.....since no one
in creation could be as gullible as Hur purported to be.
The known elements of the crime include:
<><>hands-on knowledge that Biden had classified documents
<><>he was willfully removing them from the SCIF
<><>he was not returning them.
Hur had Biden’s admissions to these elements during the interview.
These admissions were admissible in any court of
law to establish the elements of the case at trial
“even if” Biden was no longer lucid when tried.
Hur had a crack at a president who could place him in a better job.......
except Hur screwed it up bigtime angering Biden and both Dems and Repubs.
Hur’s reasoning was just plain stupid.
Writing a book is a convienient cover story for keeping unauthorized documents when the real reason is to sell secrets.
Some of these docs go back forty years, so he has been selling out America for a long time.
He sold access to those documents.
Biden Lied???
Biden always lies. Lied often during the past 50 years. So what if he lies now? NOTHING has ever been done and NOTHING will be done. He could be caught on video sniffing and perving on little girls and NOTHING will be done.

I honestly wonder if the inner elite brought Hur to their club room and told him precisely the strategy and what words to use so Biden could get off without being charged but still could look like a hero in the SOTU later.

I believe in the last report on Biden the investigator pretty much said just that, that with Garland there was no chance of a charge.
