I just found out yesterday that The FBI crime reporting database is no longer useful. Too many municipalities have decided over the last three years to stop reporting crimes to it, so it reflects a drastic reduction in crime.
I have used that database many times to gather information, and people like Heather MacDonald, formerly a journalist at the Wall Street Journal who used the FBI database to buttress her contention that black crimes against the police and whites far, FAR outstrips crime by police against blacks, or whites against blacks. (Basically, 40% of the violent crime (murders, rapes, aggravated assaults, armed robberies, etc.) were committed by 3-6% of the population, black males between the ages of 17 and 45.
A most inconvenient fact.
The Left wanted to get the Wall Street Journal to fire her for speaking the truth, but she backed up her reporting with facts, and they couldn’t legally fire Ms. MacDonald.
didnt someone once say, ‘elections have consequences’?
Pittsburgh simply joins other failed Democrat cities where the residents learned to call the Fire Department instead of the cops.
Attention criminals: Please cut back on some of your activities between the cop-free hours of 3 - 7 AM. Thank you.
‘”Nobody, but nobody is going to help you.”
For blue cities, the same pretty much applies for all hours of the day.
Ironically, the bar fight scene in the first Jack Reacher movie shows the Pittsburgh cops showing up to a street fight about one minute after it commenced.
Remind me to stay out of Pittsburgh...
Well, unless I’m going there to be a criminal... That could be a good career move.
Ahh, but that is because a cop was part of the conspiracy. I always assumed that he was the one who set that little incident up like that in the first place.
True, but it’s ironic nonetheless. Even if it is just a movie. Tom’s character even commented on the response time.
It’s gonna wind up with people dealing with it themselves and not bothering to call the police.
