“emphasizing that test scores are interpreted in the context of a student’s background and educational opportunities”

So racial bias wins out anyway, in two ways: 1) minorities get graded on a curve, because 2) the libs assume minorities aren’t capable of getting in without liberal help.

I want to know what advantage will be given to minority students who blow the doors off the test. Seems only fair, doesn’t it? Anyone? Buehler?

BTW, got my undergrad degree at UT in ‘78. There was significant affirmative action going on even back then.
