SC took care of that in their most recent ruling.
Unlike the GOP (as we saw clearly in January 2021), the Democrat/Communist Party undoubtedly has a man strong enough and principled enough to carry this off.

Democrats in Dec 2020: “Pence is going to refuse to certify the votes! He’s going to overturn everything! That’s just wrong!!”
Pence in January 2021: “The vice president does not have the power to refuse to certify the votes.”
Democrats in January 2021: “Darn right! You have no such power! It’s not allowed by the Constitution! And, in addition we will now pass a law saying you can’t do that in the future either.”
Democrats in 2024: “If Trump is elected, we will just refuse to certify the votes. He’s Hitler.”

In their opinion the SC said they could NOT use that as an excuse for Congress to fail to certify the election.

The real news is 15% of Republicans support Congress refusing to certify a Trump victory. If this number is correct, Trump cannot win, regardless of what the polls show, because these 15% will vote against him.

I seem to remember democrats actually forced through a law back around 2021-2022 when they controlled the house and senate that essentially makes congressional approval little more than ceremonial to prevent what they felt Trump had attempted to do. It would be the height of irony if their own law prevented them from taking any action against Trump next year.
And 60% of blacks supporting refusing to certify the election of DJT wins?? The stupid just get stupider
