Arrest and try as an adult for attempted murder. 20 years prison if the girl lives. Life with no parole if the victim dies or is completely impaired.


First step is up to the local D.A. I believe. If the thugette is tried as a juvenile, we’ll never know her name or her sentence. If she’s tired as an adult, SCOTUS has ruled that life-without-parole is not allowed. Unless she dies in prison, she’ll be back out on the streets sooner or later.

I believe the USSC reversed that in a 6-3 ruling recently.
