Sometimes I think with biden maybe he’s pulling everyone’s leg, pretending to have dementia so that he would not be charged with having classified documents “Hey look at me Im senile I cant be charged” and it worked in his favor..so he goes on TV does his state of the union where he was OBVIOUSLY on some kind of drug, cocaine, meth, some kind of medication was given to him in advance to juice him up, no one can say that was your typical Joe Biden..then he goes back to being the demented buffoon so I want to see the video between Biden and special counsel Hur, I want to see who the REAL Joe Biden is

Even disregarding they content of the speech Biden’s performance was substandard. It’s only “good” in the context of him not falling over and start rambling about some olden days stuff.
