The Lehigh Valley has a lot of Hispanics (majority democrats).
I can see Montero giving Susan Wild a run if enough Hispanic women vote for the fellow Hispanic. Otherwise, the Rats will find enough mail-in ballots AFTER election day to win by 1%.
This happens over and over again, year after year in Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton. /spit
