The Gold Star father that heckled Joe Biden during his State of the Union Address has been arrested.
“A ‘Gold Star’ parent or family denotes a relative[s] of a person killed while serving in the armed forces during wartime.”
The man was identified as Steve Nikoui, the father of slain Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui, who was killed during the botched Afghanistan withdrawal under the Biden administration.
“America’s safer today than when I took office,” Biden, 81, was in the middle of saying before he was interrupted from the chamber’s balcony.
“Abbey Gate!” Steve Nikoui yelled down at the president. “Second Battalion, First Marines!”
Capitol Police then escorted Nikoui out of the chamber at approximately 10:15 p.m. and took him into custody.
Nikoui was charged with “crowding, obstructing, or incommoding Congress,” which is a misdemeanor that typically results in the offender’s release after paying a $50 fine.

A clever campaign would tie this to the treatment of J6ers. Maybe with the phrase: “Joe Biden’s idea of a safer America is by putting the political opposition in the gulag. Maybe its safer for him, but is it safer for you?”
Apparently, the razor-wire around the congressmen is free of charge.

Imagine his pain - his son died for a corrupt pedo and his stupid handlers who couldn’t properly plan an evacuation operation, while they were fleeing a lost war in a distant land they had promoted for 20 years.
The fact he only shouted and didn’t seek real revenge is a testament to this dad’s patience.
Its a wonder he wasn’t charged with insurrection.

I remember some leftist activist doing some kind of dance within a foot of Condeleeza Rice while Rice addressed a committee on the Capitol. To my knowledge, Capoitol Police did nothing to stop the weirdo.
IOW, these sorts of arrests by Capitol Police are selective.
