Much of the bean counter drive was to keep training costs to a minimum, so everything had to look the same for FAA training approval. Another instance of regulator approval costs driving design decisions.

Boeing killed Boeing. Just like NASA is doing to NASA. Planes that dont fly. Rockets that dont do anything. Maybe they can get a sub-contractor to handle it.

My last American car was in the early 70’s. I've never purchased an American made car. I have found American cars over the years to be behind the tech curve and not very innovative.
