There are MANY reasons for her disqualification as prosecutor in this case. But the affair problem you mention is about her hiring her boyfriend, who has no legal experience in the matter at hand (RICO suit), for almost $700,000 (waaay over the going rate) and then going on extravagant vacations with boyfriend (Aruba, Belize, Napa Valley, etc.)...with said boyfriend footing the bill.

When caught, she claimed she reimbursed her boyfriend for her share of those vacations but such reimbursements were in cash and there were conveniently NO records which might serve as evidence of such cash repayments (no withdrawal slips, no deposit slips, no receipts).

This above matter is "part" of the evidence that Fani had a financial reason (prosecutorial misconduct/prejudice) to pursue charges against Trump and others.
