There’s no possible way they don’t. Can you possibly imagine the chaos that would ensue if CINC’s had to consider whether they would be criminally charged if they undertook military operations? Imagine if Obama could have been charged by a court because women or children could have been killed during the Bin Laden raid or Bush being charged criminally from the response to 9/11 in Afghanistan. The country will be left unable to defend itself.

They are going to have to grant immunity for official acts. Or every past and future president will be facing dozens upon dozens of felony charges, Obama gun running, Bush weapons of mass destruction, Biden, I can’t even count the number of laws he broke, then you might as well charge every single cabinet secretary, with dozens of felonies. Presidents break the law routinely.
If he doesn’t then EVERY living President can be gone after for what they DID in office after they LEFT office. Imagine the crap on obamaumao and clinton ALONE!!
