Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said ahead of a trip to Mar-a-Lago this week that he respects Donald Trump because he is a "maverick" and predicts that the "only serious chance for peace" between Russia and Ukraine is a Trump "comeback."
REPORTER: Our reports say you are on your way to Florida, Mr. Prime Minister,to meet former President Donald Trump next week.
VIKTOR ORBAN: First of all, I respect him very much. That's the personal part of it. I like Mavericks, and he's like that. One of the most boring elements of my profession is that the leaders are getting more and more boring, so we need refreshing new guys.
Because the political elite will reproduce itself. If you look at the speeches, the logic of arguments, the literature they refer to, all that kind of thing is very much the same. So I am very happy that somebody's coming from outside.
And he is that kind of man, a Maverick as you say, probably an understandable term here as well. So that's good for our profession because political leadership is for everybody. It is the most competitive job. if always the professors and intellectuals, and all that kind of guys are part of the elite, you know? It's not good. All kinds of different people, if they have talent should play a role in that.
There's another point as well. I am also convinced that if, at the time of breaking out of the Russian invasion on Ukraine, Trump would have been the president of the United States, there would be no war now. I am absolutely sure. A strong president of the United States can stop any war which is somehow related to Europe, I am sure of it.

The US holds hatred for any sovereign nation daring to debate, resist, or reject the now powerless US compulsion to always inject the US State Department and CIA operations (under the auspices of NATO & UN, both of which they fund & basically Run) in order to gain legitimate cover to then go and mettle and rule others lesser secure nations all over the world.
Orban is “on” to the game, abd to the epic ignorance of Euro-Asia history, that leads the arrogant US to coming ruin.

US Democrats have long held two ideas:
1) If Trump is elected, he will attack everyone and start WWIII
2) Foreign nations like Russia and China are conspiring to get Trump elected.

On the contrary, the numbers of nations that are now sick of the US belligerence and unaccountable mettling in Europe and Asia that force coup-causing regime changes, paid armed rebellions & assassinations, have caused wholesale rejection of the US sanctions (a form of robbery and hostage) against Russia.
Most nations are not cooperating, US allies are going broke trying to cooperate and Several have pulled out of cooperating. It’s insane.
We are too stupid to understand that the United States has pushed RUSSIA into quietly becoming the largest economy in the world. BRICS.
80% of the World population needs trade and desires sovereignty. They have it in Russia, China, South America, Saudia Arabia & Middle East.
Russia is Growing its economy and is investing now in Cuba, as Cuba learns of BRICS and a of growing their economy outside the 60 years of sanctions imposed by the US.
Not that odd. Indications of desperation. Throwing anything and everything against the wall hoping that they can make something stick.
