Education administration don’t work with students, they aren’t there for education, they aren’t there for the key mission. The administrators and bureaucrats are always there for themselves. Screw everyone else. This is about me and my cushy office.
Not just Yale. This is your local government schools too — that are guaranteed to be top-heavy with administrators, while discussing the need to layoff teaching staff because the budget isn’t big enough.
Same problem afflicts the “healthcare” industry as well. It’s a big factor in the ridiculously high costs.
