The bratty, traffic-hating teenage son of an Israeli diplomat, who was arrested for running over a police officer with his motorcycle, was beaten in a Florida jail Wednesday over a conversation about sausages.
Avraham Gil, 19, returned to the Miami-Dade County jail to update his mugshot after he was sentenced to house arrest for striking a Sunny Isles Police Lieutenant on Jan. 27.
While he waited in the jail’s holding cell, Gil was engaged in a bizarre discussion about sausages with another inmate, Blake Elvis Ermus, 32, when the teen was attacked, according to WPLG.

And maybe there is another, less obvious, moral. Do not engage in sausage discussions while in jail. No good can come of it.
Especially if you’re kosher. :p

Maybe getting beaten up will be an incentive to stay out of trouble with the law. The folks in jail aren’t Boy Scouts.
Come on people. You know the son of a diplomat just might have diplomatic immunity. So if you’re a cop and you know he’s gonna get off what better way to get back at him than to put him in a cell with a guy that hasn’t’t been laid in awhile? Pretty smart wouldn’t you say?

The kid did claim diplomatic immunity. It turned out that both he and his father were too low on the totem poll. Neither had diplomatic immunity (if I recall correctly).
1. It is time to expel his diplomat father since he is unwilling to bring his bratty son under control. The nation of Israel will get a chance to work on it and I have great confidence that the IDF will teach him some respect.
2. It is a travesty that the US can not keep him safe in jail. Possibly losing a lawsuit for several Million$ will teach that county a lesson.
3. The felon who beat him up deserves 10+ years in prison for his crime.

It happened on Wed. 2 days ago. Weekend coming up. I wouldn’t bet on him going to trial.

Oh, is there finally a picture of the officer’s “incapacitating” leg injury in this article? It literally looks like a scratch.
It is a shame that many here believe in extra judicial punishment.
If he isn’t carefully he might find himself sucking a sausage, or getting penetrated by one.

Correct. Being an employee of a consular mission does not bring diplomatic immunity. Much less their offspring.
The kid is a punk, probably dodging the Israeli draft, something not unusual for the children of wealthy and connected Israelis.
AND don’t be a pompous, arrogant, know-it-all POS when locked up with hardcore criminals.
This was probably the first time this pansy was physically shut up and I am anxiously and happily awaiting the release of the video.
I bet that prick cried like his little sister.
And you can bet that POS has been riding that ‘diplomatic immunity’ train for his entire time here in our country as a guest, purposely, disrespectfully and intentionally flaunting and breaking our laws while flipping us the double bird in Hebrew.
