I think at one point he did say something to the effect that he was an Adverse Witness.
My thought was, how in the hell did this guy pass the bar....? We know how he got into school.
Bradley seemed to be a hostile witness for both sides. The way the dark-haired lawyer chick tore into him last week was pretty stunning. He was taking a licking from both sides.
I almost feel sorry for him. When you’re an idiot, and have to measure every word so your former friends won’t kill you, that’s haaaaard.
Maybe not a hostile witness, but sure on that is so effing stupid who needs an attendant at the ready to take him back to the ‘home.’
I was watching - and thought the same, this guy is not answering questions, he’s evasive, and doesn’t that mean he’s ‘hostile’?
That said, I’ve heard the term but don’t quite understand what it means in a courtroom.
Had heard the term “reluctant witness” used to describe him. Either way, it justifies the judge to authorize a more aggressive form of questioning geared toward yanking the truth out of the reluctant/hostile witness’ hide!
Will this guy be prosecuted and lose his law license for perjury? He needs to be cuffed and duckwalked out of the courtroom.
Watching Saddow’s closing arguments will be good TV on Friday.
