I disagree. Silence constitutes agreement in legal terms. He should have threatened her with contempt of court if she continued her rude, arrogant , dismissive, uncontrolled, racist tirade.
I figured he was totally surprised by Fani’s behavior, and her calling the other female lawyer, Ashleigh?, a liar several times in an outburst...
At that point, the shock in the courtroom was palpable. The Judge immediatly called a halt to the proceeding, and went to a recess. I guess that he read her the riot act in that recess, and told her to stop her behavior or else.
At least that is what I was expecting and hoping. I assumed something like this because she seemed a bit less hostile and offensive to the court after that recess.
I think he did. He stopped the proceedings and called the lawyers into his chambers for a ten-minute discussion before resuming the testimony.

How can you disagree when you went on to agree with me ????
Which is it ???
Either the judge ignored her or he didnt ???
Spend much time in court? He certainly could have done that with this official and given her a couple weeks to whine about her victim hood, or he could just eviscerate her in his decision without ever even mentioning her courtroom demeanor
