Of course they act unethically on a daily basis, but that doesn’t mean we should not point out when they have broken their own ethical standards. This last move by CBS has shocked the few honest journalists left. Even the dishonest ones are self-serving and realize that this unprecedented move by CBS management will hurt them in the long run. Anonymous sources will dry up.

Oh I agree. She is one of a handful of people who can call themselves a journalist in this country, and one of maybe three investigative journalist ( including female reporter for NY Post who broke the original story on Hunter’s Laptop, and she is a Brit or Aussie I believe.
