March 1 in Fulton County, Georgia should be an interesting day. I wonder what other information the attorneys for Trump have that confirm an earlier time-line for the affair of Wade and Willis. I think they may be giving Willis enough room to hang herself with perjury charges before providing even more proof to the Court.

I don’t have a lot of confidence in this judge. He may reason that getting Trump, an existential threat to democracy in America, is more important than indiscretions by Fani and Nathan—instead of charging them with perjury he could just give them the benefit of the doubt (bad memories about the exact timeline). If he does decide Fani has to be removed from the case, he may be trying to put in someone who can pick up from where Fani left off (instead of starting over). But I’m not a lawyer and don’t know if that is possible.

Wait, I thought the new model for how these things go was
for the judge to have already made his ruling before the
defendant appeared in court.

(of course, that may be the case, without us being told)
