Everyone needs to keep physical books as they increasingly cannot trust what is online, especially what is spouted by poorly programmed “AI”.
When the report came out about Gemini refusing to show pictures of white people, I went to google.com.
I searched for “white”, then chose Images, then changed my search to “white family” and got pictures of around 90% black families and a few whites sprinkled in. Had a good laugh.
Looked again yesterday. The results are stunningly inverted as mostly white families were pictured with only a few black families sprinkled here and there.
I laughed again!
People believe that AI has reached self-awareness, complete BS. AI is just programming, yes advanced programming where supposedly it can learn/adapt, but it is still just programming.

it’s doubtful that AI can come up with anything that hasn’t already been thought up and pre-recorded by actual humans or pre-recorded by other data processing output from software programmed by actual human ...
claims of AI speeding up research are nothing more than the usual ability of pretty much any special-purpose software designed to detect patterns by sifting through large amounts of specialized data, something humans COULD do if there was enough of them and they had enough time ...
remember: we landed people on the moon in 1969 with equipment and trajectories designed, manufactured and launched with little more than slide rules and multitudes of manual draftsmen ... the first TI and HP scientific calculators had yet to be invented in 1969 ... and yes, there was an itty-bitty discrete-built computer onboard the Apollos to handle the complex real-time guidance and stabilization tasks, but that too was designed without the help of CAD ...
