It looks to me like Haley is down to 9 points not down by 9 points.
If Haley were only behind Trump by 9 points I’d say she is doing much better than I expected.
If Haley has only 9% support to Trump’s by 80% then I’d say she is doing much worse than I expected.
She’s down 9 points 40-31, to Biden.
