Not anytime soon. San Francisco is 5% black. Oakland is 22% black. All the talk about SF becoming Chicago is way off in that regard.
Most folks don’t realize that there are really two Oaklands.
The flatlands are the Wild West where natives run wild.
The hills are where the rich white people live.
It is a classic third world city.
