Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade began their romantic relationship several years ago, a witness testified during a hearing late Monday morning.
The revelation-like allegation came by way of testimony from Robin Yeartie, a former employee of the district attorney’s office, who said she was long “best friends” with Willis after the pair met in college.
Yeartie’s explosive testimony was a marked and formal loss for the state — resulting in the court flat-out denying the state’s motion to quash a subpoena for Wade himself to testify in the hearing.

The witness testified that Willis and Wade “met at a conference” sometime in 2019, when they were both municipal court judges. The state initially objected to the way the questions about the conference were being asked but later proffered that the two prosecutors did, in fact, meet at the October 2019 municipal court conference.
The relationship between Willis and Wade became romantic soon after the conference, Yeartie testified.

In prior court filings, both Willis and Wade have claimed the personal relationship began in 2022.
Did I say 2022, I meant 2019 maam.
Sure. Laywers, known for lying, are expected to tell the truth, even under oath?

It would break my heart if Short Fat Fani were to wind up at Chatahoochie State Prison for Women in the near future.
To be accurate, approximately two and a half years before they say it began. Both lovebirds lied on the stand yesterday. They’re toast.

So, they hugged and kissed somehow platonically for two years, holding off on true romance until AFTER Wade got the Special Counsel gig from Willis?

BUT he certainly hit a NERVE with the phrasing.....
I am disappointed that Trump’s lawyers didn’t follow up on these 2 items:
Fani CLEARLY stated that she NEVER USED ATM’s.
SHE CLEARLY stated that she keeps cash at home & used it to “Pay her share” of their trips.
I would have IMMEDIATELY ASKED FANI-—
“IF YOU DO NOT USE ATM’S-—HOW DID YOU KEEP REPLENISHING YOUR ‘CASH STASH’ AT HOME???”
She contradicted herself many times—but that is a glaring question, IMO.
I have a strong accounting background—THAT was open defiance to me.

with Wade before filing charges against Trump.
The angry, aggressive, wildly gesticulating Fani in court was fighting for her political life.
But not a political life in backwater Georgia.
When she got the Trump case, her political dreams grew exponentially.
She even hired a PR firm to gauge her visibility and rate
her bona fides for crashing into the political “big time.”
She started losing weight and hired a photographer
to shoot her, posing w/ money-hungry political gravitas
written all over her ambitious ghetto-nurtured face.
But the Wade case stepped in the way of her political
ascent....and she’s desperately trying to make it all go away.

I noticed on the radio that news readers are now pronouncing her name ‘Fah-nee’ as opposed to ‘Fanny’ ....too many people calling her Big Fanny I guess.
