They likely want Dani NOT on the stand today but to end the week with the NY sham Fraud case against Trump to have a verdict and push all of the bad Fani press out of the weekend cycle.

If he cares anything for his reputation as a judge he will no longer take her behavior. Comments were brutal about his latitudes regarding her conduct.

She probably got a beatdown from her lawyer last night but if she’s near and hears something she don’t like there’s nothing that can stop her ghetto instinct from getting the best of her and storming in. Oh let it happen. Millions want to see her.

The state didn’t call Fanni because they know Fanni caught the defense and court off guard yesterday. No doubt defense attorneys were ready for her today so state didn’t call her.

Apparently, Nathan Wade conveniently had a doctor’s appointment this morning. Or, he may have been water-logged from all that water he consumed yesterday.
He may lose anyway, and that would be great. The black left is implacable. We need to learn this.
I watched the entirety of Day 1 and I am struggling. Willis & Wade seem to be getting away with stonewalling, talking over, rambling without answering the questions and using novel justifications for lying.
In the case of Wade he asserts that he did not lie about having no romantic relationships outside his marriage from the time of the marriage until the 2023 sworn statement because “his marriage ended when his wife had an affair in 2015”. That is irrelevant to the statement that he swore and admits his statement was a perjury.
Willis states that one person saying something makes it a fact. She graduated from law school???
The complete lack of a money trail on the part of an elected official with actions of concern for impropriety carried out for years stretches credibility past breaking and reeks of the intent to hide the couples’ fiscal impropriety. Similarly Wade states he made less money while working for Fulton County but his taxes rebut that allegation.
The judge seems to be on the one hand implying to the attorneys that the untruthfulness has been demonstrated & does not need to be further elucidated and on the other hand protecting Willis.
I hope that the first case is an accurate read of the judge’s view. It will further destroy my belief in the Justice system if this brazen couple is given license to avoid censure by perverting the system.
You know she was listening to Wade's testimony on her phone, which the court prohibits, which prompted her stomping in. I'd call her staff in, the ones with her outside the courtroom, and ask them to testify if she was listening.

Well, we all know why that is.
As far as demographics, I’ve been to ATL many times and am all too familiar with it.
I not only dislike Fulton county but I don’t really care for the whole state.
You know why the Saint John’s river in north Florida flows north don’t you?.......because Georgia SUCKS.
The angry, aggressive, wildly gesticulating Fani is fighting for her political life.
But not a political life in backwater Georgia.
When she got the Trump case, her political dreams grew exponentially.
She even hired a PR firm to gauge her visibility and rate
her bona fides for crashing into the political “big time.”
She started losing weight and hired a photographer
to shoot her, posing w/ money-hungry political gravitas
written all over her ambitious ghetto-nurtured face.
But the Wade case stepped in the way of her political
ascent....and she’s desperately trying to make it all go away.
