Re: 83 - I believe that Wade is in more peril than Willis.
I will predict that Willis stays but Wade goes, primarily for what appears to be false affidavits filed as to when the affair started. The former friend of Willis came off as very credible regarding when the affair started.

This is why they need her bank statements and Mr Wade’s. Where did that $9000 come from - which is coincidentally under the 10k that people going out of the country are supposed to report - so I am betting it was actually $9999.

I also noticed what looked like a load. Every time they replayed her walking to the stand I tried to figure out what in heaven’s name was in her drawers.
Willis and Wade appear to have invented this cash reimbursements story, perhaps under the misapprehension that reasonable doubt via something unprovable would help them. Oops - that not the standard in this hearing.
Their bank and tax records would be very unlikely to prove
their BS about cash reimbursements, but might reveal other corrupt activity (like flows of money FROM Wade to Willis (i.e., kickbacks for giving him the lucrative contract), and graft to Willis from others. Wade possibly committed tax fraud by treating his personal travel costs, etc., as business expenses. This would be compounded by taking deductions for the full amounts when he claims he received cash reimbursements for half those expenses.
She is on trial, but they will let her off of the numerous issues.
