People get mad that “everything is political now.” But it’s always been political at some level. We just had a story in our head that made it hard to see what was going on. Carl Schmitt’s concept of the friend/enemy distinction helps us understand.
We like to think we know what politics is. Politics is a process, it's a competition to see who has the best ideas. The public schools have rendered a public that has no ability to critically think, none, zero. Gaslighting them is unnecessary, just tell them what to think and feel.

Yes, they are stupid but also gaslit to believe any opposing view to what they’re told is very evil.
Yes, there is no critical thinking about it.
No more, “question authority”.
Just outrage at any free thought or opposing view to what they are programmed to think.
