WASHINGTON, D.C. (LifeSiteNews) — The U.S. Department of Education (DOE) under President Joe Biden has submitted to the U.S. Office of Management & Budget (OMB) its finalized Title IX rule forcing widespread recognition of LGBT “identities” on the American education system in potentially its biggest gift yet to radical gender-fluidity activists.
The proposed rule, “Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance,” is meant to advance the administration’s priorities on “Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation” and “Guaranteeing an Educational Environment Free from Discrimination on the Basis of Sex, Including Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity,” according to its abstract, but the final text has not yet been released.

I didn’t know the commerce clause covered education. I’m his is patently illegal.
I’d hazard a guess that the overwhelming majority of what this administration is doing or has done is illegal, but that sure hasn’t stopped them.
I saw a study, several years ago, since hushed up that indicated that it cost schools more in extra staff and other costs to accept federal funds than they received. Mayhap it is time to reexamine the issue.
If, God forbid, the Dems win the House, Senate and Presidency in November, 2024, Americans will have to get ready for that word

On numerous occasions in the last FIFTY years, the Repub have had all three branches of gov’t. Yet have never repealed Title IX.
Why is that ?
