I call him the overly caffeinated chipmunk because of how fast he talks. Listening to him quickly feels like you are about to be hit with a tidal wave of words.
On the other hand he has good enunciation which makes it easier to understand him.

He actually raps slower than he talks. But your description is accurate. I listen to him at 3/4 speed lol
