Is that wifey to the left, with the gun, "covering" the scuffle? The wife didn't realize it at the time, but she was in serious danger of being shot by trigger-happy cops. Innocent bystanders have been shot by cops in other cases of mistaken identity. Best thing would be to lay the gun on the ground and keep watch on it.
Her husband is a hero for his part.
