Doug Macgregor is the obvious choice for acting Secretary of Defense. The turtle would never give him a vote nor, of course, would a dem. Trump needs to line up multiple choices for each cabinet position. The ones we need will never be confirmed. Trump needs to name a new acting secretary every six months. The Senate can pound sand.
