Texas plays by the rules and passes law that actually gives businesses somewhat of a fair shake.

Smart move. Take the NRA for example. Take Trump Inc... both were HQ in New York. Brian Kolfage registered his “We Build the Wall” foundation in New York. This made them all wide open to attacks from New York prosecutors and the Southern Distract of New York federal terrorists.

Delaware used to have a reputation as a very corporate friendly state, hence why many of the major corporations incorporate there. Unfortunately, like the democrat state it is, the Delaware courts have been taken over by activist lefty judges who are more interested in imposing “social policy” on corporations than enforcing the law. What they didn’t count on in this case is Elon truly has “FU” money and unlike most companies, the power and will to up and move at a moments notice, while flying Delaware the bird on the way out.
