SpaceX has moved its state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas!
If your company is still incorporated in Delaware, I recommend moving to another state as soon as possible.

Likely has something to do with a Judge telling Tesla that Musk makes to much
Delaware judge struck down his compensation package from Tesla as being “unreasonable”.
Anyone with with common sense and without an agenda would bring their company to Texas.
Texas plays by the rules and passes law that actually gives businesses somewhat of a fair shake.

Zuckerberg moved to Florida to escape Washington’s 7% capital gains tax.
CA doesn’t have a capital gains tax it’s taxed as regular income. Top rate just went from 13.9% to 14.4%. It’s insane and obscene.

Unless they changed the law recently, CA doesn’t have a capital gains tax. It’s taxed as regular income. No special rate for long term gains.
