There is no First Amendment “right to life”.
First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
That is correct. It's worth noting that the preamble to the Declaration of Independence asserts that all men have the right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." It may not be an amendment, but the concept is part of the bedrock of the founding of this nation.
He’s referring to the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
