It would appear that the classified documents “discovered” at the “Penn Biden Center” were also not mentioned.

Therein lies the problem with the FBI raid of MaraLago. They were able to set up the documents without any oversight. Only a DC jury would believe this wasn’t staged with documents brought in by the FIB.
Fbi is not a law enforcement agency,

Which is also what the KGB was. It was, mainly, a political-unity enforcement agency. Sure, it went after dissidents, and it also had to maintain a political narrative - but the REAL threat to Communist Party rule is internal political conflict at the highest levels and maintaining political unity.
